Your account

You must be 16 or over to create an account. Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

You own the reviews and photos you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing photos) and distribute that content in connection with the site and its promotion. You confirm that your content is based on a genuine stay, reflects your honest opinion, and follows our review guidelines, and that you have the right to post any photos you upload.

Reviews are opinions

Reviews are the opinions of individual users, not of RateMyHotelShower. We don’t verify every stay. Showers can change, so use reviews as a guide, not a guarantee.

Moderation and complaints

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. If you believe content on the site is unlawful or defamatory, use the Report button or email hello@ratemyhotelshower.com with the link and your reasons. We review all complaints promptly.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on reviews. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with an updated date.
